- Local roofers who were paid piece rate wages, in this case a specific dollar amount per shingle installed, and who allege that their employer failed to pay the additional overtime compensation due beyond the piece rate for all hours worked in excess of Forty (40) per week.
- One (1) cook employed by a restaurant for more than a decade who alleged that he was misclassified as exempt by virtue of being given the title of “Chef,” and who claimed to be owed approximately Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) in unpaid overtime wages alone for a three (3) year period.
