• Over Two Hundred (200) construction managers/superintendents who allege in various collective actions they were misclassified as being exempt from overtime pay by the home builders who have employed them.
• More than One Hundred (100) waste disposal & recycling drivers in a collective action against one of the nations largest waste hauling companies alleging that employees were deprived of unpaid overtime wages as a result of daily lunch break deductions for breaks that were not actually taken.
• More than Fifty (50) hourly paid tire technicians and sales associates who allege in a collective action against national retailer that they were forced to regularly perform off-the-clock work without being properly compensated.
• A nurse recruiter, also known as a consultant or placement specialist, who alleges in a collective action that all of the Company’s recruiters (totaling Fifty (50) at any one time in two (2) office locations) were only permitted to record a Forty (40) hour work week on their time sheets, despite being pressured to work uncompensated overtime hours.
• More than Five (5) air conditioning installers and technicians who allege in a collective action that they have regularly worked more than Forty (40) hours per week but have received only a percentage of customers’ service charges, without being paid the overtime premium required by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• One (1) hourly paid customer service representative (also known as a salesperson) of a large shoe retailer doing business in several States who alleges in a collective action that store managers would manipulate computer time records in order to reduce payroll and avoid the payment of overtime wages.
