  • More than Five (5) air conditioning installers and technicians who allege in a collective action that they have regularly worked more than Forty (40) hours per week but have received only a percentage of customers’ service charges, without being paid the overtime premium required by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
  • One (1) hourly paid customer service representative (also known as a salesperson) of a large shoe retailer doing business in several States who alleges in a collective action that store managers would manipulate computer time records in order to reduce payroll and avoid the payment of overtime wages.
