Christine Duignan graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with high honors. She earned Order of the Coif and was Executive Editor of the Florida Law Review from 1990-1991. Before concentrating on wage and hour law, she had extensive experience with trials and appeals, with an emphasis on civil rights, employment law, and municipal liability. Ms. Duignan also was an Adjunct Professor at the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center from 1997-2000. In addition, she has lectured both for public and private clients on a variety of employment law and compliance issues, including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and FLSA.
Ms. Duignan has been associated with the Shavitz Law Group, P.A. for over five (5) years and regularly works on behalf of workers to ensure fair treatment and compensation in the workplace.
