Founded in 1999, the Shavitz Law Group, P.A. is a team of dedicated lawyers and exceptional staff members who work on a daily basis to ensure that employees receive fair pay and equal treatment in the workplace.  Each year, the Shavitz Law Group, P.A. represents employees in thousands of unpaid overtime and minimum wage claims in both individual cases and collective & class actions in Florida and across the United States.  In addition, the firm also regularly represents employees who have been subjected to employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower violations, had their right to time off under the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) interfered with, and been denied unemployment compensation and other employee benefits, including ERISA violations.
